I have been SLAMMED being Mr. Mom! 3 boys can take up a lot of time, for sure! I finally had a minute to get on and share where we are at with the weight loss process.
It looks like my body has leveled out at 272, that is 21 lbs down from day 1. May 19 will make 1 month on the program and the beginning of coupling exercise along with the supplementation. Nice thing is, that first 20 off will make it much easier to do the workouts. Plus, my appetite has shrunk so avoiding the junk will be easy. NICE THING IS, my clothes all fit very well, and in the case of my 40 inch waist pants I think I need to break out the 38s...almost!!
As far as cravings, I have not craved sugar in over 2 weeks! That is HUGE for me! In the beginning, if I was jonesing for a sweet, I would do some Quaker's rice cakes or make a single scoop of shake with some fruit and extra ice in it to make it extra thick and satisfying!
Anyway, I have some new pics I have posted on FB and need to figure out how to import them into my blog! I have a few new recipes coming soon! Keep checking in for some fun stuff!

Dreams
What are your dreams? Do you remember? Or have you allowed the world to dictate that you will never be able to fulfill them?
I watched The Blind Side last night and it was moving! I can't imagine a world where you wonder everyday what is going to happen, where your going to sleep, how you are going to eat, clothes etc... We are all so blessed!
All of us have dreams. Some usually think it a fairy tale to actually accomplish them though, but it gives us all hope. I am here to tell you that you need to dream! Without a dream, what is our goal, where will we be and what will we become? What is our purpose? Our dreams do give us hope, but more important, it is a guide to keep us motivated to become and be something greater than ourselves. Our dreams can be more directed to our personal needs, and as we grow and reach or work towards achieving our dreams, we find people and things that touch our life and make us better people. These experiences only make our dreams bigger! We are like caterpillars. Everything we take in visually, physically, and mentally continually makes us grow. As we continue living and growing, we at some point realize our true potential. The one that everyone said we would never find. The one that makes not only us happy, but we find we make other happy too. We start seeing that by focusing on others, we too are blessed. Dreaming is nothing more than taking action and making a change. The changes start small, but become bigger than we can even imagine?
What is you dream? Do you remember? I've been told on many occasions, you are a dreamer! That is all I really want to be known as! If I can dream big....have the resources or create the resource to make it happen..... Why Not?! I do have big dreams! They are bigger than I can even imagine and Yes, I have more than one. I only see in my minds eye and in my heart the way they could change lives around me and around the world. One of my dreams is to make a difference in the lives of our State Foster Children around the US. There is such a need that these kids have to be able to succeed. We as a community and a country need to step up and help them. They are the next generation. Even though I don't have all the resources, I will find a way to start a foundation to make my dream a reality! I want to live my dream and in order to do so, I will take action!
The victory of success is half won when one gains the habit of setting goals and achieving them. Even the most tedious chore will become endurable as you parade through each day convinced that every task, no matter how menial or boring, brings you closer to fulfilling your dreams.

Failure will never overtake me if my determination to succeed is strong enough.

How do find a dream, do we have one, what inspires us, what are we passionate about?

“You must be the change you wish to see in the world.” Gandhi
There is something powerful in these words. Don't you think? I believe that is all in how you look at the world around you, and where you fit into it. Are you standing in the center, or watching from the edge? Are you engaged, or disconnected to what you see or feel? Are you a victim a fighter a dreamer? Or just numb? As we live life day in and out, taking care of our own daily needs not to mention our families or our children if we have them, we sometimes lose sight of what is really most important in life. We forget, I think because of the demands to just survive in this life. It's not that we don't want to make a difference, but where do we start? How do I have time, where do I go, where do I want to help, and in some cases, how can I make a change when I can't do what I want to do to help because I have no money. Money sometimes is a way we see to make a change. However, where the change starts, is really in your heart and mind, with a Dream...... What is your dream? Do you still have one?

Arizona
Here in sunny Arizona. We are enjoying the pool and the sun! The boys are in the pool at 7am out at 12pm and then back in at 2pm for the rest of the day. I swear they have gills! They also were able to find the lizards last night and had so much fun! Levi was terrified of them at first, then Mary put one on her nose and he laughed so cute then was ok to touch the lizard. We spent a couple of days in Sedona with Peachy's clan and had fun dying eggs and seeing family! We are loving it here! I will post pictures later.

MR T! Are you kidding?!! Can you believe he has a twin? We just had to do Mr T. since Jarom has always had a mohawk since he was a baby. People always thought we cut his hair that way, but really it grew in that way and this year he could walk and everything and could really pull it off. He was so cute! We forgot the next time to put his beard on him though. Braeton wanted to be a ghost pirate so bad and Levi loved the astronaunt costume that he saw. I thought he wanted to be Rocket! We had a lot of fun with the boys on Halloween. Every year we have Chili and Hot
Chocolate for all the trick-r-treaters and it seems to go over quite well.
There seems to be more and more people coming every year, but it is sure fun since it tends to get quite chilly! Nothing like warming you up from the inside out! The kids got lots of candy and enjoyed running around the neighborhood. We all had a lot of fun and then we crashed! We hope you guys enjoy the pics!

Backwards?!
So, since we just started blogging we thought we would go backward. I still don't have my Easter downloaded yet! So here is Valentines. We had fun and took the boys to the Dinosaur Museum. The boys made Valentines and got to eat yummy treats. We also walked around and looked at all the bones and took fun pictures. Jarom walked to Daddy and Mommy here. So cute! He is getting so big! They had fun playing in the water with the dinosaurs and palm trees. We ate dinner in the eatery and watched Jarom push the button on the Ferris Wheel display. They had so much fun and then we came home and crashed! These guys are the cutest Valentines ever!!
